我和奔一起经营了一年的blog于昨天划上句号，在苏菲的夏天这里，我为它举办这个小展览，纪念我们在英国约克的留学生活。我们在msn上说，等下次开启这扇门，必定是我们彼此都安定地生活在某一个城市的时候吧，那时所爱的人在身边，小孩在花园里嬉戏吵闹，幸福快乐。那时镜头里所看到的景象与现在照片里所透露出的这份孤单冷寂，独自伤感的情绪会有怎样的不同呢？此时，我们在杭州和巴黎，微笑着期待着那个时候的到来。

关于Ｍ*E:

A day of Morning with Evening is a photo studio began on February 20, 2008 as a daily conversation between morning and evening through two people’s inspired shots. They actually do not know each other quiet well. But in a blog form, they are trying to say something out with photos.

Ben and Sophie now are studying their Master degree in the University of York. They live in the same college but different blocks. The distance between these two blocks is 222 steps in Ben’s pace and 262 steps in Sophie’s. That is why 40 steps apart. But both of them know 40 steps is near , at the same time, far for them. The distance and difference will be shown in their daily photos here. The end of one year studying in UK is approaching; they are considering to find a way to memorize all these days, days of alone, days of happy, days of tough, days to grow up gradually and days of always indie.

The main distribution of this studio is that Sophie will present you photos about a day of morning while Ben will be a day of evening. The cameras employed for this studio will vary sometimes but for their personal tastes, Sophie is crazy about film shooting and Ben is keen on DSLR. One of the days, you may see it is two different styles or similar ones.

The time they give to each other is one year. They will blog this studio until February 20, 2009. On that day, they will decide what is next.

Left-Morning: Sophie

Sophie is now a student studying her MA degree in the Educational Department of York University. She used to be an English teacher. Her perfect day includes getting up early and making a flower tea for herself then taking the doll camera, her journal notes with pencil to bathe under a sunshine day. Her dream is to have her own bookshop with a cute kitchen, a little stage within it after her graduation. She is now preparing for all of that.

苏菲，辞掉两年的大学英语老师的工作独自来到英国留学，喜欢早起，喜欢花茶，喜欢带着她的玩具相机游走在阳光下。梦想是在毕业后开一家概念书店，有厨房，有舞台，有大片大片的玻璃窗和外面葱绿的花园。支持城市独立文化。正在筹备当中。

Ben: Right-Evening

Ben is now a student studying his MSc degree in Electronic Department of York University. After finishing his undergraduate course, he used to working in Saudi Arabia for a few months. His perfect day includes having a bath in the morning and makes nice-looked dishes, share them with his friends. His dream is to have a tidy house with French window, a large and soft sofa, and flowers, travel around the world with his partner when they were young.

奔，经过毕业后再沙特短暂的工作，踏上英伦的土地继续进修。一个热爱生活的孩子，在经历了一次感情挫折之后喜欢上了烹饪，爱上了摄影，偶尔逡巡于黑夜之间，等待天亮。梦想有一间有着大片落地玻璃，柔软沙发，四季花香的房子，趁年轻时候和拍档一起周游世界。
