每天早晨起来，我都会打开窗帘，让微风和阳光一点点地渗透进来，然后边刷着牙边打开电视看着BBC的新闻和天气预报。英国的电视节目一大特点就是天气预报非常频繁，我的电视机一共有6个台，每当我要换台时碰到是weatherreport的概率高达80%。刷牙时的我，是一定要做点其它事情的，不管是看电视，翻报纸，或是冲杯咖啡，或是和朋友在MSN上聊着天，却总是不能安静地对着卫生间的镜子端详自己的样子。这不是个好习惯对不对呢？
Every morning when I get up, I usually open my window and invite a slow breeze and the little sunshine to companion with me and this dormitory, penetrating all the corners of this room. Then, I have to , I mean , have to brush my teeth at the same time working on other tiny details, things like watching tv, reading newspaper, chat with friends and mom on MSN, but cannot stay quietly looking myself from the mirror. this is not a good habit yes?
今天的中餐，还是给自己弄了寿司吃。Ben看到这里，肯定要笑了，一月前的我给他发了寿司的照片，一个月后的我还在吃着么？是的，寿司对于我来说是快餐。因为真的是制作过程很方便也很简单的缘故啊，并且我好喜欢吃海苔。
For the lunch, I still make sushi for myself. My friend Ben would laugh at me when he looks at this. One month ago I sent him loads of picutres taken when I made my first sushi dinner and one month later, I am there and show my sushi again?! Ok, ok, the reason is that sushi for me is，to some extent, the fast food. The preparation and making procedures are quiet simple and convenient, what is more, I love yakisushinori.
今天中午的阳光很柔和，我在宿舍的窗台下，拿出在湖区旅游时买的铅笔和空白的卡片纸，照着网上的图片画着这些简单条纹的花朵。
Afternoon sunshine is watering along the window and my desk. Spreading out the pencils and the blank card paper, I drew this simple flower sketch casually.
